Dropping 4l60e Automatic Transmission Pan!

I have 99 Silverado and I need to drop the pan on the transmission. I followed the guide that has been posted up. All bolts are off and for some reason the Exhaust is in the way and there is no way to fully drop the pan. I was wondering if there was some way that anyone knows of the help me get this off?

Ok yes i think i might have to drop the y-pipe. Anyone know what I will need to do this or how to do this?

I was able to do it on a 00 with the 5.3 by just unbolting the exhaust at the ball joint conection and prying the y-pipe downward with my hand as I rotated the pan out of the way. It is a tight fit once the pan is unbolted but it can be done if careful. I also have to say it is easier to get the pan out than back in with the new gasket. remember to get a felpro rubber gasket, it does not spit or break like the paper and cork ones.
