Uq3 Audio Code?

I have the build sheet on my 07 GMC Sierra.....On the code sheet I have listed this code for audio equip.=UQ3 Audio System-High Performance. Does anyone know exactly what 'High Performance' means....Does it have the BOSE speakers? There are no BOSE markings on any of the speaker grills. I also show a code of=US8-AM/FM Stereo with MP3 compatible CD player (replaces STD/OPT Radio)

 

I'm looking into installing an in dash nav. system. I've read and read the forums here and at 'Diesel Place'. I'm still unsure about what to go with. I found an aftermarket Kenwood reciever that uses GARMIN for the nav. I feel that GARMIN is about the best there is as far as GPS. Not sure how the GM factory nav. compares. I'd love to keep it all GM. Any complaints with the GM navigation operation???

i just installed one on my truck and stupid people from the dealer couldnt unlock it. Uq3 is not bose ive heard that with factory navs you need to add a bose amp and heard that its possible to program factory navs as UQ3 as well but im not sure since i havent had my nav unlocked yet.
