Tech 2 Capability

I was wondering if there is a program out there that has all the capabilities of a tech 2,for a pc. I realize that i won't be able to download programs to set up pcm's or bcm's, i'm primarily looking for complete access for troubleshooting purposes in the bcm,pcm,or abs modules . Any info would be appreciated

There is one from Matco I believe...the program is 140 and its 100 bucks for each diagnostic port connector. If your only doing your chevy, than you will only need that one.
