My dad is runnin 285/70/17 toyo at on his 2007 CC 2500HD 4x4 with plenty of room. You should be fine assuming you will be mounting them on factory rims.

I just put 285/70/17 tires on my 2009 2500. They don't rub at all, but I think that's the max you could go without having to trim.

They definately look good on the truck, I'm glad I went up a size from stock.

Love the look Kevin! It looks like your truck is the same color as mine. How are the Duelers holding up? I have been looking at the racks like you have also, what brand are yours? I also need the upgrade to the towing mirrors.

Thanks, yes mine is stealth gray also. I just put the tires on, but I had them on my last truck also and they are a great tire as long as you rotate them often. The racks are Tracrac, its the best rack system IMO. I found the towing mirrors on this forum for half the price of new ones, keep an eye on the forums and you can pick some up for a good price.

I was looking at the racks by Thule, Tracrac, and Dewalt (believe it or not). The Tracracs had the highest capacity but are $500 more at my local shop.

It looks like you have cranked your bars or something...leveling kit?

I put 4-5 turns on the t-bars and have timbrens in the front for the winter when the plow is on.

As far as racks, I've seen the other two but don't know anything about them. I use my racks every week and need all the capacity I can get so tracrac was the only way to go for me, I did't want an ugly steel rack. I've put well over the 1,000 lbs on them an they hold up great. The only negative is the coating they put on them does start to chip off after a few years but Iv'e had these for 7yrs now and they still look ok.

My local shop has come under new ownership. I have gotten the impression they are MUCH MORE PROFITABLE. I'll check online prices...
