I noticed my driver side low beam was out so I replaced the bulb. It worked fine until the next time I started up the truck. It was out again so I reseated the bulb and it lit up, now its out again. It is seated fine and the bulb is new. Is this a known problem? What do you suggest? The nearest dealer is 200 mies away.

Thanks, Jesse

I haven't heard of this problem before. If you can't/don't want to take it to the dealer and have them fix it, you'll need a factory service manual. The problem is probably the wiring as I believe there is a single relay for each set of lights, e.g. 1 relay for high, 1 for low. Possibly the connector at the bulb or the large connector that goes from the vehicle loom to the light assembly loom, or possibly somewhere else. You'll have to get a digital multimeter, learn how to use it, and check the pins at the connectors.
