Removing Upholstery From Nnbs Jump Seat

Can anyone please explain (hopefully in detail) how to get the upholstery off the jump seat? I am having trouble getting it off the "latch" to the storage underneath and then don't konw how to get the back portion off (under the cupholders, etc). If you have pics or just details would be greatly appreciated.

 

Also, does anyone know if you can wash the upholstery in the wash machine? Someone spilled something on it and it has a weird smell... Or, if anyone has put katzkins in their truck and has their extra ebony cloth from the jump seat, I'd be interested in purchasing it from you.
