Here is a truncated version: loosen bolts on OEM shackle, raise vehicle using frame (mine was done near the rear door of my crew cab) before it "curves up" under the bed. place another jack under pumpkin and raise pumkin 1/2 inch (to release any pressure on OEM shackle) remove bolts and OEM shackle. Drop pumpkin jack (careful as this part of the axle is no longer tied to the frame) Seat new drop shackle and raise pumpkin jack to align drop shackle holes with frame and leafs Insert bolts - do not tighten. Drop pumpkin jack and frame jack (near the door) Tighten bolts to OEM spec. Others probably did it differently but I wanted to be safe and take my time as this was my first "major" mod.
