What Should I Do?

So all 4 of my stock boring rims are rusting. There is now 8300KM on my truck and it has been on the road for 6 months. We have had a very mild Ontario winter with the majority of days dry pavement. The dealer gave me two options:

1) replace all four rims now

2) wait until closer to the end of the warranty and do them then

He advised me that the rims are only covered once during the 3 year/60,000KM warranty and that they will get worse (nice!) So my question to you guys is should I change them now or wait?

My plans for these tires is to replace them in about a year with much nicer ones but I was planning on using the stock ones for winter tires. I also worry that if I don't take them up on the replacement offer now they might say in a couple of years from now that they are not covered.

Just looking for your opinions. Thanks!

I would wait until right before 3 years are up. But like you said, they can try to say the wheels wont be covered when the 3 year mark comes around.
