35"s On A 03

I have a 2003 GM sierra 1500 Z71 with a pro comp leveling kit in the front what else would I need to fit some 35" tall tires on it any advice

I would say a 3" body lift and you should be able to pull it off with slight trimming. Do you have the torsion bars cranked? I had an 02'' with F150 keys and 2" blocks in the rear. It also had a 3" BL and I ran 35x12.50x16 and only trimmed the lower valance. I had the torsion bars cranked quite a bit.
