dose gm produce these rims in and 8 lug pattern? are they 20 or 22?

That was the HD Denali prototype. GMC announced it with different wheels. Unless they are optional wheels for the HD Denali I doubt we will see them available to the public.

Badging claims that is a Denali HD, which would be 8 lug. Looks like the Duramax badge and exhaust too. I've heard GM was considering this for 2011.

Yes, Sierra Denali is available on 2500HD for 2011. The entire 2500/3500 line gets 17" wheels standard and optional 18" (standard on SLT trim) and 20" 8 lug wheels.
