Silverado Rim Question

I have a 09 Silverado and I found some 20" MB 6 lug wheels. The seller had them on his 98 silverado. He doesn't ahve the model # handy, but I was wondering if these might fit? I tried looking on the MB wheels website, but can't find these exact rims. here is a few pics

n/m found out they are MB "Bruzer" wheels that were discontinued 4 years ago.

The bolt pattern should be the same, but the offset could be an issue. If the tires are good, they could be worth the $400 he's asking for them (saw them on craigslist).
