Marine Runs 100 Miles

This happened this past weekend down here in LA. Pretty incredible feat and the reasons he did it for make it that much more amazing. I was there to run the last bit with him, it was pretty inspiring and incredible. Check out the website, buy a tshirt or something, and tell a friend, its all for a good cause and one that seems to take a seat on the back burner all too often.

My office mate runs ultra marathons and does this on a regular basis. Pretty depressing when a guy 20 years older than you can run circles around you.
