New W/t Grill Installed Today

Had this laying around for a month or so. So I decided to put it in. What do you guys think? Planning on doing away with the chrome. Gonna have the grill painted when I find time to paint the bumpers. Or might Line-X the bumpers. Has anyone ever done that to bumbers before?

I was thinking of replacing the chrome grille and the filler bumper with black pieces.

 

How did you remove the molding on the hood? I was going to remove it for part numbers but the inner clips looked hard to get to so I didn't do it.

I have never seen any GMC's with the matching painted grilles.. good call. Will make your truck stand out from others as well. Make sure to post pics when done!
