Need Advice-should I Buy?

High miles are not the most important thing when buying a vehicle. Those miles wouldn't scare me away from that truck. The thing to look for is proof of regular service and maintenance. (Miles like this ALL fluids better have been changed at least twice, obviously oil far more). If there aren't receipts and records I wouldn't buy this vehicle. With miles like that they would almost HAVE to be highway miles. I have a 2004 with 125k miles, it's in great shape and has never broken down. I drive long highway miles over the summer. It would be a great buy for somebody. If there is adequate documentation, it passes a CARFAX test, and it's valued according to Kelley Blue Book I wouldn't be scared off.

I am looking at a 2002 Sierra. It has high miles, owner says its all hwy miles. Is this something that should scare me? Here in the link.
