Win XP users

Just out of curiosity for all you XP users, how does it compare to win2k?  Is it better? Easier to use?

 

I've got a copy of it and I'm going to upgrade eventually, but I'd like to know what everyone thinks of it.

XP is a mix between Win 2K and Win ME, it uses 2K's structure with 98 / Me's home users interface.

 

I've used all operating systems since 95 and XP has been my favorite upgrade so far. I haven't used it too, too much, but I haven't had many crashes.

 

It does make home networking work a little smoother from what I have read. It seems everything is built right in to the OS.

I like win2k.  XP just annoys me, it tries to take over and complete everything for you.  I like to control my computers not have Bill control me.

i'd take xp over anything everyday,  it solves alot of networking headaches and I just love the gui

I'll give it a try on one of the computers, see how I like it.  Maybe it will solve my Internet woes.

I have had 0 crashes since installing XP, right after it came out...I like it much better than the past systems...Installed Win2K but went to ME when I found out how many of my peripherals wouldnt work......so I cant really comment on the difference between the two...
