Door Alignment Ec Gmc

I can't believe I haven't noticed this in the month I have had my new truck.... But, tonight I noticed that where the top upper corner of the driver door meets the top upper corner of the back door the two corners touch... About an inch along each leading edge the paint is now rubbed off to metal...

 

So, I will have to get it back in to the dealer, which I hate as most of my warranty work always comes back with some other issue such as a door ding or grease on the interior somewhere...

 

My question is does anyone know how hard it it to realign these doors? It appears the rear door needs to move about a 3/32" to the rear at the top. Is this just a "loosen and shim" type repair for the alignment? The gaps on the front door are perfect and equal all around. I know the paint is going to be both doors but not sure how far they will have to go to blend it in... Maybe all black will make it easier. Is this a common type issue with EC's? Just kind of irritating with a new truck....

 

Also have to add I am very happy with this truck. The 6.2 and 6 speed (NHT) is really a great combination to make for a fun fast truck!
