Push-button Shifting On 4l60e Swap?

Ok, I've tried searching in EVERY way possible, and I can't find any info on anyone even askign this, so:

Is there any way / option of swapping the column shifter from a 6-Speed truck into the 4-Speed truck to gain manual push-button shifting on the 2010 Silverados/Sierras?

I don't think so... the TCM is even different on the 6 speed trucks, and I don't think the 4-speed TCM supports that functionality.

Can you explain that better???

Do you want shift paddles?

Or what?

If it is shift paddles there is a company that does shift paddles for the new GM 6 speed but it requires you to use their controller I think.

No, I just want the same factory functionality that comes with the 2010 6-Speed mated to the 5.3L where you can select a gear with a up-down button directly to the left of the tow-haul button on the shifter.

No, different electronic controllers....the data bus on the 4 speed is 24X and the 6 speed is 56X...that is what I remember from another guy that swapped the 4 speed for the 6 speed in a 2001ish truck....

So it is possible to replace the 4speed with 6speed? that would be a cool mod in the future.
