Hi guys,

I have been absent from here for quite some time but this is the best place to find info out for these things.

anyway my 07 is having issues. about a month ago dealer changed the alternator it had a bad bearing making noise.

ever since then the darn thing is having dimming headlights randomly and sometimes a rough idle almost seems to be shutting off for a split second then all good again. I noticed that this usually happens when truck is under full electrical load especially when the cooling fans click on. I have cleaned every battery terminal myself everything is tight. the only one I cant get to is under the (BSM)

I wont go there. I have had it to the dealer twice 2 different dealers they can never duplicate the issue. it is at the dealer right now for this I stopped and they said cannot duplicate checked software everything is current etc. I asked them to have tech drive it home tommorrow night to see if it happens to him i got there to late he already left tonight. anyway this is driving me nuts i scared to hook the boat up for fear of getting stranded on the road with the boat. could this be a bad battery acting up after it is hot they say it is fine but its 3 years old. i just dont understand this it was fine before new alternator.

thank you for any help you guys can give me. mine seems to be just the lights and no warning lights have come on.
