Which Chip To Buy

ok my girlfriends dad has a 2005 duramax i think it has a lly in it. he really wants a chip or programmer for it. he has been lookin at a diablo power puck he found for 299. he wants added power and mileage.

 

question 1.... is the diablo power puck a good chip.

 

question 2.... he dosent want to spend alot of money we did find the edge ez for 399 would that be better than the dablo power puck.

 

question 3.... what do yall reccomend him getting? it needs to be fairly cheep under 500$ and a good chip or programmer.

Well if you have to have a handheld go with the diablo or superchips Cortex. But overall better money spent and a cheaper way to go is a custom tune. There are lots place out there that do awesome jobs tuning. I don't think blackbear can tube diesels but I think Nelso or Wheatley can. Look on this site for more info.
