Leveling (up / Down?)

2001 Silverado 2WD

 

Going to level my truck, can't decide on which way to go. Truck is a black and white theme if it matters.

 

2" drop shackles in the rear or raise the front 2" (methods? I'd like to keep the stock ride)

 

I like the idea of lowering the rear to keep the aerodynamics and because drop shackles will allow me to keep the stock ride. I don't like the sagging with a load in the back or the stigma of having a lowered truck

 

Not sure on how I would raise the front (coil spacers?) but I would lose my aerodynamics and can't see lifting a 2WD...I'm cheap enough I probably wouldn't buy 33" tires or anything to validate the lift either.

Go with the 2" drop shackles from Beltech, good quality and easy to install.
