2004 2500hd Steering Wheel Rattle

I have a 2004 silverado 6.6 2500 with 43,100 miles which has a rattle/clunking feel in the steering wheel at low speed or going over bumps and has gotten worse over the past 5,000 miles. What is the exact problem and what is the fix and estimated cost if a dealer does the work?

It's the intermediate shaft on the steering shaft. Do a search on google for silverado steering wheel clunk and you'll find a ton of information about it, basically the factory doesn't grease it properly.
