Suspension Kits

So I noticed alot of the nnbs trucks with susp. lifts are replacing ball joints prematurely.

Why is this? I also noticed alot of kits use alot of spacers. Coming from the jeep world I always stayed away from spacer lifts.

Could this be the reason for the items wearing quickly? If so, what kits are recommended?

buy a kit that doesn't use spacers. my truck has torn a BJ boot, but the BJ itself is fine, i just keep it greased. you can get the BDS and Superlift with full coilbodys and no spacers
