Engine Noise And Misfire

Today while driving to work, I accelerated a little hard to merge into traffic. My a little hard might be a little harder than most because I have a 6.2 Silverado with a magnacharger TVS1900 and a special set of 10 rib pulleys-overdrive on crank and underdrive on supercharger as designed by Lingefelter and ATI Racing- that allow me to get up to 14psi pressure, a Bearcat Tune and 50/50 methanol/water injection for detonation control. I only got to about 9psi boost-something that I do everyday and I get on it a little slow to keep the wheels from spinning. It has been working great like this for about a year and it has run great-not one single problem, except for today. You couldn't ask for a better running engine-It has been great.

While I was getting up to speed it felt a little funny and the service engine light came on an when I slowed down I could hear a very noticable ticking-like a lifter sound- and the engine ran a little rough especially at idle. I ran a scanner on the engine and it said that #7 cylinder was mis-firing. I'm am going to take it apart tomorrow or this weekend a see if I can find the problem without a complete tear down. Any suggustions? springs, valve, rocker arm, worse???
