2010 Silverado Adding Steering Wheel Radio Controls

As long as you already have cruise control on your wheel already. Yes, You can add the Radio controls to a 2010 Silverado. I just got done adding them to my truck. I had to buy a new steering wheel from GMPARTSDIRECT.com for $139.00. I followed the instructions on the Youtube video on how to take out the airbag. Was a piece of cake. I disconnected the wires and unscrewed the center nut, Wheel poped off without a puller and put the new wheel right back on. 30 min job. The radio controls work great. No programing needed.
