Horn Issue - How Do You Remove Airbag / Horn Button?

The horn on my 98 works intermittently. Tested horns with direct +12V and they work fine. If I end up tracing it to the horn button on the steering wheel, how do you properly remove the airbag / horn button? Do you have to somehow disable (unplug) the air bag first?

You really should have a dealership do this- If you accidentally set off the airbag, it may kill you where you sit. Definitely use caution if you try and remove anything that has to do with airbags.

Forgot to update this post, I traced the issue down to being the horn relay.
