Seat Belts-warranty?

We use impala 9C1s on my PD, and one of the 2007s has a tear in the seat belt. Its about 1/8 of the way through (about 1/4in). Does anyone know if seat belts are outside of the normal 3/36k warranty? Was thinking since it is a safety component, it might have a longer warranty-like emissions equipment.

Yeah, thanks for trying to help, but you really didn't. I googled first, and found no specific information on seat belts, hence my post. Also, you may not have noticed where I listed it was a police use vehicle, which may also alter some of the warranty coverage.
