Need your opinions on these tires. I cant afford new wheels (new baby on the way) and I'd like to get a more aggresive tire added to the truck than the stock 265's. I'd go to 285/70/17. I have a 2.5 level and plan on adding the 1.5 zone BL as well. Will this look too skinny? i need a more wider stance (but only with stock rims).

Any other opinions on the look or tires....much abliged.

I just got 285/70/17's put on a couple of weeks ago. I've put around 2k on them and I love them! They ride super smooth and are very quiet for as aggressive as they are. Here are some pics of them on the truck:

I know I and possibly the OP would like to know how those bad boys do offroad. I came close to getting a set a while back, have you had em offroad yet?

Well I haven't had them in anything ba off road yet. I had them on little sloppy dirt road and they did well. I'll have to wait till duck season to really test them out.

My uncle has 315/75/16's on his duramax and we pulled a mini-excavator through a literal swamp to get to the field on the other side and they never stopped pulling. You can't even go through that cut through anymore because they ate it up so bad. I was very impressed with them when he did that

I just put on some 35x12.50x17's 2 weeks ago. Same review as everyone else - quiet for how aggressive they are, smooth ride, handle well, and I've read they last forever too (if you rotate them regularly). I've yet to take them to the sand or dirt though.
