New System

Well I have a 2009 Silverado Extended Cab 4x4 Truck as a DD. I'm wanting to do a budget sound system.

 

For an Amp I'm thinking of going with a Planet Audio C1800.5 to power it all.

 

MAX POWER (2 OHM)

300W x 4 + 500W x 1

RMS POWER (2 OHMS)

210W X 4 + 420W x 1

 

Subs are tricky cause of the box I'm going to use. I have a mounting depth 5.75".

So I was thinking a JL Audio 10w3-2 but I don't know if I can modify the box enough to make it work. So I'm leaning towards a JL Audio 10W1v2-4.

 

I'm not wanting to do any custom work or as little as possible.

 

Front door speakers I'm leaning towards Alpine SPS-600. Might go with them in the back too they are listed as a modified fit, but so everything else lol. Gotta do some more research on that. Or Maybe MB Quart onx116

 

Looking at a Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD for the Head Unit.

 

My Truck is a LS with Non Bose. I do want Onstar to still function, and XM. What other things might I need or run into?
