Lights On Mirror Flashing?

While I was on vacation for the past week, my battery died completely. I jump started it yesterday and it's been fine since then (radio stations are all saved etc..). I am driving to work this morning and notice the lights on my rearview mirror (onstar, emergency) are flashing about once every 4-5 seconds or so. What's the issue and how do I fix it?

Check the onstar fuse on the side panel. I don't remember which one.

It did it again now that I disconnected the battery to install the body lift. Any help?
