Headlight Problem

I have a headlight issue. when i turn my headlights on. my passengers side come on WITH my highbeam but dull. my drivers side is fine. when i unplug the highbeam plug they all turn off. what could the issue be?

kinda sounds like a grounding problem.

i feel like it may be too, but where could i trace it back to?

One of your lights is grounding through your other light, that's dull. It's not getting its own ground.

best bet is to start tracing your wires back and to see where your fault is at
