6" Bds Lift Questions

OK, I'm gonna do the 6" BDS lift, no brainer.

 

But I am looking at the kit with no blocks, with the extra springs and then adding traction bars. I am probably going to bag it also since I will occasionally be towing a 16' trailer.

 

Most of the research I did on here I found were kits with the blocks.

 

Has anyone done the kit with the springs only?

 

Is anyone using the traction bars and or additional sway bars?

 

Since it is a half ton I want the extra rigidity and think this will help.

 

Any comments?

I haven't seen anyone go this route, but it seems like a sound plan. Let us know how it turns out.

Thanks, I think that is the route I'm gonna go. Your truck looks pretty bad ass! Did you re-gear? 4.10 or 4.56's?

thanks bud. i have the stock 4.10s , but i also have a 6.0 motor, 4L70E trans, and 14 bolt rear.
