Programmer Help

So I got a Hypertech Max Energy Programmer for my truck. I love it and it works great. Just one problem. I cant get the flippn thing to program back to stock or to change the settings in the program. When I start the programmer up and go through the setting I want my truck to be, it will start to program it and then it will stop and say code 68 retstart programer or call hypertech. So ive tried both. Hypertech says code 68 means electrical noise. So im like ok i will just make sure everything is turned off during programming. Still nothing. Ive been pulling fuses to my fan, guages, deck, aux power and i still get that code. Ive disconnected the battery for well over a month while i was doing my engine swap. Can anyone give me some ideas of where else i can be looking for this "electrical noise"?
