they'll stick out about an inch further than your fenders.

 

tires will depend on how much trimming and rubbing you're willing to put up with. if you dont want to deal with either, good luck fitting anything other than stock sized tires.

 

best bet would be some 275/60/20s or 305/50/20s and trim what you need to.

Wait they are only going to stick out an inch? I was thinking atleast 1.5"? (inch less backspace and negative offset?) and your def gonna have a hard time running anything besides stock tires.
