Never Noticed These Lights

My wife noticed one of my break lights was out so after replacing them I checked all lights and noticed the front side lights next to the parking lights were out. how long I have no idea. I can see the bulbs from the side, they look like cheap flash light bulbs. Just curious if anyone else noticed these being out. with the close proximity to the parking lights it is not obvious, to me anyway. The break light was the second bulb to go in almost 10 years the other was a DRL.

yeah i have noticed them.... its actually nice having the 2 blinker bulbs because if one goes out you still have another one. i just replaced one of those little bulbs last month.

Yup on some vehicles, failure to replace a burned out small bulb can result in a "quick" signal flash for your turn signal. I also like the sequence flash pattern with the big bulb, then the small bulb. I see some of the 03-07 Silverado Classic's that have the sequence bulbs in the tail lamps.

it dosent flash quickly when the little bulb goes out so its really hard to tell when it does

I use my hazards quite regularly around the farm. So I tend to see all of the bulbs flashing regularly...... The small bulb is a 194..... It flashes on the out of sequence with the front bulb. It is the side turn signal so a vehicle from the side can see the flashing signal.

Another bulb is the one in the gmt800 tail lights. It is a tiny bulb on the outside bottom. I see them burned out on almost all the trucks I see.
