325/60/18's On Leveled 99 Nbs?

my truck is a 99 NBS sierra. i was running 315/75/16's on my stock wheels with no rubbing. i have the rc kit with keys and blocks and i just bought a set of 18's off a friend. they have 4.5 backspacing and are 8.5 inches wide. the tires on these wheels are terra grapplers 285/60/18's. i have lots of room and i wanted to fill up some wheel well space and make it look better. could i fit 325/60/18 terra grapplers, im willing to trim. has anyone done this? pics would be appreciated. thank ya.

Buddys 06 has 325/60/18's and he had to trim with a 4 inch lift.
