R12 To R134a Conversion Kit

That would work, but... Basically all it is is the fittings and cleaner, you do not get the R134 to go with it. How do you process all this through the system if you have no pressure? I would check around locally about getting it converted. I also believe you can buy a similar kit at Checker/Oreilleys or Autozone. Are you having problems with your 91 that warrants concerns? If so, this will not correct current problems.

go to an auto parts store or Walmart. It's cheaper. Just make sure you have the old R12 pulled out by a mechanic. But see if he'll tell you how much was in it first, you may just need to add a little. I didn't even have 1 lbs in mine, is supposed to have 4.25 lbs in my burb. If you need >2lbs just fill it.

I would have the whole thing done by a shop- its a pain clearing out the old, replacing all the seals, then putting in a new charge.. Save the like 300 bucks and make some other poor guy do it.
