Took the truck in to the dealer and had OEM XM added to my 2010. It already had front bucket seats with the XM ready radio and bose speaker system with subwoofer and the USB inside the center console. Picked it up yesterday after work. Everything worked fine for 10 minutes then no sound on any channel XM AM FM and no sound for signal lights, onstar, blootooth..... Got up this morning hopped in the truck and all was working fine until 10 minutes into my drive and same thing? The dealer had a guy come and install the XM that works on the onstar and radios/electronics; fine but did the dealer need to flash the computer and forgot or something, or could it maybe just be the install guy screwed up something. Just seems weird that it works fine for 10 minutes then I lose sound for absolutely everything. Either way it's going back in, just looking for ideas.

Oh and by the way this was the 4th time I dropped the truck off for the install, unbelievable the guy didn't show up 3 previous times. Really at my wits end.

Sounds odd- the Retained Accessory Power (or RAP) normally stays on for 10 minutes after you shut the vehicle off and do not open the door. I sounds like it is behaving that way. You might try starting the truck and opening the door while parked and running to see if that shuts it off also to see if it behaves like RAP.
