Install Remote Start In A 2010 Express / Savana ?

I'll apologize in advance if I shouldn't post here regarding Savana or Express vans. But, does anyone know if I can install a GM remote start kit in a 2010 Express or Savana van already factory equipped with remote keyless entry ?

go to GM accessory zone and have a look for whats availible. You will need to see what RPO code your van has for the keyless entry (3 digit code usually on a white lable in the glove box)...

I can only assume the RPOs are the same as pickups.

 

Look for the RPO code AP-8.

That is the auto start ready/prep code to install one of the GM

remote start kits.

I'll check out those codes, thanks. Its actually my Dad's van, he'll pick it up on Friday or Saturday. I did check GM Accessory Zone. They don't show a remote start kit .... on a side note, he's pretty happy - I gave him 3 grand from my GM Card earnings. Merry Christmas to Dad :-)
