03 2500 Hd Transfer Case Tailshaft Bushing/yoke Failure.

I Have a 03 chevy silverado 2500 hd extended cab short box, 6.0 engine automatic transmission ,261 hd transfer case with manual shift. I purchased the truck two years ago with 88,000 miles and it has been trouble free until three weeks ago. After returning home from work one day I noticed the transfer case was leaking oil from the rear output shaft. I toke the transfer case apart the rear drive shaft yoke, tailshaft bushing and seal were worn out so I replaced them, cleaned everything and put it back together. The truck made it about 150 miles and the transfer case failed. The driveshaft yoke and tailshaft bushing were burning hot and looked like they hadnt been getting oil. There were metal shavings all over but it was full of oil. I purchased a rebuilt transfer case and new yoke from the local gm dealer. Today I installed the new parts and drove it about fifteen miles and the yoke and tailshaft bushing were getting really hot again. When I got home I pulled the rear drive shaft out and other than some heat marks it looks ok, when I removed it there was some oil in the tailshaft but it didnt seem like it was enough even though the transfer case is full of oil. My dealer says they have never seen this before and couldnt offer any help. Please help me its my only vehicle and I cant afford a new one. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
