No Vent Airflow

Currently there is no air flow through AC, vent, or defrost channels. There is the basic 4 speed fan channels that until recently, only speed 4 worked. Now there is nothing on any setting of fan speed or air flow type. There is the usual engine heat coming through vents.

 

I have checked all fuses, flushed heater core because there wasn't much for hot air flowing when fan speed 4 did work, also replaced the blower motor today. Still nothing at any fan speed or air flow type.

 

There has been something with the AC refrigerant tank leaking and the tank was refilled, could a lack of 134a be the source of none of the air controls working?

 

Could this be due to the blower motor resistor, air control panel, wiring, or something else?

 

Not sure what the next step should be on this but at least defrost is needed ASAP because of the climate I live in.

I have now replaced the blower motor and the resistor. After having replaced both parts, I now have airflow. However, for the fan speeds I only have 1,2,&3 now and the high speed '4' does not work.

 

All other settings appear to be in working order but i'm unsure of why the high speed does not work and all others do.

 

Any ideas?
