Quit disconnecting your battery.

Go to a reputable shop to see why your ABS light is on.

Fix the problem with your Escalade.

Learn to use puncuation a little.

All is well.

The ABS light comes on when there is a problem with the ABS system. The parts that you replaced are normal brake parts. Your fault probably lies with the ABS vavle underneath the truck. It will be in place of the proportioning vavle. Do you hear it run all the time? Get the ABS codes read to determine where the fault is and then go from there. By the way, do you mean that you replaced the brake booster? Hydroboost is not a part, but a type of brake system. Good luck with it.

I think twavor was talking about how hard it is to understand the problem without punctuation. If we understand the issue better, the advice will be better.

Since the escalade is a 1/2 ton or#1500 series vehicle it has no hydro-boost, all #1500 series have a vacuum brake booster. OP need to get the codes read with a scanner and post for help.

I had my 99 2500 ABS pump go WFO continuously about a yr after I bought it. The pump has a starter sized electric motor and a pump body on the end. On top of the pump body was a little rectangular block about 3x5x1" as I recall. That block is the control module. Mine went out and need replacement. The pump sound like a buzzing noise and the pedal pulses at high frequency. At the time, the module was about $800-900 for my truck.

I'd do the code read, see what that says and decide what to do from there.

If it needs a ABS module, I'm sure they're cheaper today or find one in a wrecking yard.
