Mossberg 500/590 Heat Shield

Just got a Mossberg 500 Cruiser Breacher this week:

 

 

Ordered online a Mossberg Heat Shield, parkerized finish, part #95066. Noticed right on the front of package says: "can only be installed on 12GA plain barrel models." Sure enough, did research online (which I should have done in the first place) and it doesn't fit my Breacher! All gun accessory sales are final on Amazon, no returns, so I'm out $45.

hey i have a 590 A1 and custom fitted the exact heatshield u have to it, so with a little tweaking u could get it to fit! The A1 is not a plain barrel.
