Slight Vibration Need Help

I have a 2008 silverado 5.3 ext cab stand bed at one time I had a problem with my truck feeling like it was getting rearended at a complete stop.A gentalmen on here helped with that problem with a service bulletin which seemed to work.

 

But in the last 4 months I've noticed a slight vibration when I'm doing cruise control and it will deaccelerated for a second then be fine but on the deacceleration i feel a slight vibration.

I just put on Dynatech Headers and Corsa exhaust and now I really hear it when it does that.Could the u joint in the front torwards the transmission be going bad ?

K.I.S.S. first clean the MAF with some MAF cleaner. u have a stock air filter or K&N type?
