Front End Noise When Backing Up And Turning

Hi all, I have a question about my 2008 GMC Sierra SLT. I have just purchased this truck about a month ago and I am starting to here a really bad noise in the front end when I am backing out of my driveway. My driveway is abit sloped not much about 10 degrees, so anyways when i am backing out and I turn the truck to go to the right the truck makes a loud screaching sound when the front end hits the part of the road where the incline meets the road and levels out and thats the only time I hear it, never does it any other time. It sounds like the tire is hitting some of the plastic shields in the wheel well but I have looked and seen nothing to indicate this, my other though is the front suspension is there a problem with the front shock.

Any opinions would help

Thanks in advance

Yes. Have someone else back the vehicle while you walk along and listen

They put new tires on the truck when I bought it and they are stock size, it only makes this noise when i'm backing up and turning to the right
