Well Finally I broke down took off the front pass side door panel put some 3m tape and foam to stop this darn rattle i have in the very corner (top corrner of panel closest to ext cab door).  

 

Drove it around and the noise is GONE!!!

 

JP thanks for your door removal instructions they were very helpful.  Only thing i noticed which wasnt on there is to disconnect the speaker wire.  Also for any of you curious people out there the bolt size (2) in the door is a 7mm.  Only problem i had was removing the power window/door wires.  Its one unit but i wanted to take my time so i didnt break it

I would be VERY interested in those door panel directions.  I need to pull both of mine off and examine where my rattles/noises are coming from.  Thanks!
