Hey GM forum. I have been lurking around this site for a few months now, reading up and learning about the duramax diesels.

Finally signed up so I could see the pictures on everyones posts!!

I live on Long Island, but the fiance has a house in the pocono mountains in PA, so I am back and forth between the two on a frequent basis.

I have a 2009 Sierra 1500 extended cab with the all terrain package which is the best bang for the buck in the GMC line up IMHO. Had it since May of 09, but am moving up to a new 2010 sierra 2500HD with a crew cab and a duramax. I was goning to go for a 2011, but ran like hell when I started reading about the new urea injection system here and on other web forums. Thanks for the heads up!!

The 2009 will be going up for sale soon as I am getting close to picking up my new sled, anyone interested, check out the for sale section

The Snow season has set in around the NY metro area and I laugh every time I see all the infinity, porsche and lexus SUV's spinning out and blasting into snow piles as I go rolling by. 4 wheel drive doesnt make you stop any faster!!!
