Diagnostic Trouble Codes

hi guys ,its been apparent with my repetitive (and others) responses that have noticed that guys are posting that a"light is on my dash" and ask "what can it be ?"

 

WE NEED THE CODE !!!!!!

 

you'll get a big goose egg from me or a million guesses from other guys who want to help.......but without a code ...

+100 on this one. The "idiot light" is on cause there is a problem and code stored. At minimum we need a code. Sometimes thats not enough either. But definately need more than " My light came on, What is it?"
