Installed Ford Taurus Fan

So I installed a junk yard ford taurus cooling fan and all i can say is WOW. On high this thing cools like you wouldn't believe. I have LS1 fans in my camaro and this thing doesn't hold a candle to them.

I used my stock shroud and made 4 small holes to run some bolts thru the ford shourd and the stock shroud along with a probe style radiator control.looks all stock from the front but if you look from behind you will notice the electric fan instead of the engine driven one. I am very pleased with this fan an would highly recommend this swap to anyone. I will try and load some pics tomorrow.

Any noticeable difference in power?

I can get some pics in a couple days, I blew a brake line trying to climb a descent hill covered in snow.

There is a huge difference. I was really skeptical at first, I was only doing it to get a tad bit better gas mileage but the power difference was definitely noticeable.

Any noticeable difference in power?

I know there are a lot of people claiming that it won't make a difference and the alternator will bog the motor just as much but it takes a lot more alternator than any of our trucks will ever need to take up 20hp. I am certainly NOT claiming my truck is making 20 more hp but is making enough more to notice the added power. I have no other modifications done to the truck other than the electric fan.
