Hey Guys,

Taking my 2008 Yukon Denali XL to Colombia and I'd like to leave my 20 inch stockers here and change over to 17's with a more off-road friendly tire that will still be at home on the highways down there. 99% on road, maybe 1 percent off road but want the ability if I need it.

So - I'm looking at the Cragar Soft 8 in size 17X8 but I am totally unsure as to what "offset" to get. I know stock 17's on this truck are 17X7.5 with a 31MM offset... What offset should I get with an 17X8? Origionally looking at the GM 17 inch black steelies - but they are too hard to find and too expensive...

Additionally, what do you guys think of the BF Goodrich Mud_Terrain T/A KM2's? Looks aggressive enough for the 1% of the time I might be offroad - just worried about highway/local road manners.

Thanks for the help!

-John

I got the BFG KM2's. I love them. Good highway manners, handle good and are pretty quiet for a mud tire. They also handled everything I threw at them mud wise this duck season. Cleaned well in thick gumbo mud and clay. I think you'd be happy with them.
