Did Magna not purchase New Process/New Venture? I haven't looked undernearth my truck yet. When I was still in the plant ('08) the cases looked similiar to the NPs.

REV.................dalmler/Chrysler sold off a percentage of New Process Gear

aka New Venture Gear in 2004 to Magna. They took 100% in 07.

The tags on the cases still say New Venture gear-Magna corp.

Syracuse NY

At least on my 07.................

The greedy workers wouldn't agree to concessions so Magna said "screw you"

and built a shiny new plant in mexico and the 2000+ ex-employees in Syracuse

are begging for any job at the local burger joints for REAL WORLD WAGES !!!!!

The fools had to find out the HARD way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
